The popular best-seller “Where The Crawdads Sing” was beautifully adapted by director Olivia Newman. As the protagonist in the film loves to sketch wildlife which eventually results in a book being published, the idea of including wildlife drawings within the end crawl made for an elegant and appropriate way to end the film.
